Ok, I guess my time is up.

I purchased my car CPO back in 2006 with 56,000 miles. Noticed a jerky shift from day 1 so dealer replaced the tranny. No problems

Now I'm sitting at 172,000 miles and I notice when I'm cruising around 50-55mph and I give the car a little gas to pick up speed a little the 5th-4th downshift I get a slight jerk/slip. It only happens at that speed, if upshifts fine in any gear with no problems. If I give it gas in SS mode and manual shift to 4th it works just fine. It only happens when the car is in D and going around 50-55mph downshifting from 5th to 4th. Also I should add, I could try to do this repeatedly and it only happens once in a while. If It happens again, I'd have to drive a couple of miles down the road before I'll do it again.

I had an Acura dealer do a flush back in April 2009. Should I have another flush done? Maybe I'm also thinking pressure switch but I just don't want a temporary band-aid.
