Another strange noise

I'm getting a wierd noise when letting my gas pedal go at like 30 mph or less. It sounds like a bunch of grasshoppers chirping or something. Don't know where or what it's coming from. Any ideas?

Check the idler pulley, per TSB B08-031?
Also check the intermediate shaft heat shield- TSB B07-026.
