Another A/C problem, not the normal issues!!

I will keep this short. 2007 Type-S with no A/C. Just tried to use it the other day after winter and nothing but hot air. I checked everything out and found that refrigerant levels are good, relays all work, and the compressor works fine if i force power to it by bypassing the relay and vents blow cold air. For some reason the HVAC system works fine and blows on both auto and manual control but when i try to turn on the A/C, the relay does not get energized so it can turn the compressor on. I used a meter and found that when the A/C button is pressed, the ground for the coil side of the A/C relay does not get switch (I am assuming that the ground is switch while the power side always registers voltage).

I have ordered some electrical diagram books and workshop manuals for the car but it is still bugging me and they won't be here for a week. Does anyone have the experience that they've done what I have and found the issue?

P.S. - Do not tell me it's the compressor, stator, or the transistor to the blower. I have read enough that these are not my symptoms or have ruled them out through my tests.
