Alignment issue

First of all I have the Tein SS coilover with the Ingalls camber kit on front and rear, for the past few year, I never had a problem with getting my car align... but when I raised it up this winter I went to go get it align, the technician does his thing and the machine will read that everything is in place, but will feel really off. Like it will wobble when I go into a turn, after many attempt to get it align the rear passenger side toe needs to be set at a -.28 and the car feels kinda right again (temp fix)... So my question is what do you guys think it is?

Did you go to a different shop this time?
The car should be stable all the time, not crazy entering turns
Either something is off balance on the spring height adjustment causing improper weight balance and transfer, or something is bent
The TL normally has 0 toe front and rear- at least my gen2 is that setting
