Did the Acura engineers miss the mark when it comes to the aerodynamics on the 2006 TL? She really hates the wind whether is coming directly from the front or the side. I thought the 3rd Gen Acura was all about performance. Her front end dances in the wind in anything over a 20 mph wind. We are already pretty low but is lower needed?

Anyone else feel this? Any solutions?

You might want to get the front suspension and alignment looked at. Over time, my TL tends to get a little toe out which makes it feel darty and unstable. The aerodynamics are very good, I've read they're as good as the C5 Corvette. My Buick with the aerodynamics of a brick is still very stable in high wind so it's definately not an aero issue with the TL.

 

I have never had any aero issues on my '06 TL. Do you have a rear spoiler or a rear deck lid? This is the first vehicle I have owned with a rear spoiler and it handles and hugs the road perfect.

 

I also have an 06 TL but I have not experienced aero problems. In fact you just have to look at the TL and see how aerodynamic this design is. It is one of the most aerodynamic vehicles on the road in my opinion.
