Acura TL 3.2L 2005 Issues.

Acura TL 3.2L 2005 Issues.

Alrighty guys and gals I’ve had this TL for a couple months now never had the chance to jack it up and get under the hood but I finally got a garage I can pull her in to now so I’ve now discovered some issues that spook me I’m a novice mechanic I’ve only ever done work to this car recently I changed the spark plugs and redid the front valve cover seals need to do the back still but I jacked her up and found some spooks I have absolutely no idea what is what underneath a car so I have to research what all parts are what so imma post some pictures and y’all lmk how screwed I am thanks

What kind of clusterf*ck oil drain plug crush washer is that?

lmao well I’m just putting the pictures out there Incase anyone can just look at em and if they know off the top of their head an issue they see they can just lmk but yeah I’ll take better pics lol

that's not how the forum works! It's not a substitute for a visual inspection of a mechanic. And if you just went to a mechanic liek this and said, "what's wrong with this?" you know what'd you get? an Ass raping of a bill... Start being more specific with what you want to tackle first, symptoms you're experiencing, etc.

I see lots of pictures of an undercarriage that is covered in oil. Lots of that oil is probably from the power steering system since it is clear one of the boots has self-destructed.
