Acura tl 2008 headlight NEED HELP

Hey so i have a 2008 acura tl type s and my driver side low beam and high beam have completely went out. I have switched the bulb and nothing changed. I went a little deeper and changed the igniter and the ballast, the only result was it turned on for about 3 seconds and went out again. I put the ballast that turned on for 3 seconds on the passenger side and it worked fine but the old ballast from the driver side did not work on the passenger side. If anyone can help me out and maybe tell me if im doing something wrong or if the problem might be somewhere else it would be much appreciated.

also i have messed around with the fuses under the hood for both geadlights and they all worked fine

Hi there. I'd suggest checking the ground wire on the radiator support.

Check H/L grounding...

I had this EXACT problem on on a 2G and I traced the ground wire from the L-H/L harness to a ground at the top of the radiator core support, right in front of the battery--something so simple!
Dunno if where the H/L grounds on the 3G, but I suspect the battery has to come out of the way if the ground is on the fender well..Hope that helps.

From service manual, g301 is ground for headlight. Item number 9 in attached image, just where pair of TL wrote.
