Accord Fogs Mod Not Working

My fogs just stopped working about a week ago and I can't figure out the problem. I just dropped the bumper to check the wiring behind the fogs and it all looks good. I rechecked the ballast and they look fine. The wire going into the positive terminal of the battery seems to be attached. The button lights up when I press it. I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.. has this happened to anybody? Anybody in the NYC area think they can help me out? I'll treat you to lunch or something haha

I found another weird thing tonight.. My navi and radio stayed on after I turned off my car. It wouldn't turn off until I hit the switch for my fogs.... Weird.. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Re-check the grounding wires.

Make sure everything is grounded properly.

I just checked the fuse under the dash and it's not blown. I checked the grounding wire in the fuse box as well and it's secure along wit the grounding wire behind my bumper cover that's attached to the frame. I don't know what's wrong...

That's the problem right there, you looked at the factory fogs fuse. You have Accord fogs there is a another fuse else where. Check by the battery there should be an IN-LINE FUSE at the positive terminal. I don't know who installed your fogs but perhaps you can have them check it out.

I'm confused, and I think some others are too.

You don't actually have accord fogs, do you?
Since you have the 07/08 base front?

I played around a bit with the fuse under the dash and now my navi turns off with the car. It doesn't turn on with the fog switch anymore when the car is off. I dropped the bumper again tonight to see if my ballasts/bulbs were out. Went ahead and used a regular halogen bulb to check and no-go..

Agreed.

Ghetto wiring job.

Possibly the problem, too.

The Accord fogs are working again. We took the switch out and replaced it with a new one. There seemed to be corrosion inside of the switch.

Yes, the clamp is pretty ghetto but my battery terminals were corroded from a leaking battery (I replaced it already). I was trying to remove the battery by loosening up the nuts that keepss the battery connectors together. The negative loosened up fine but when I tried to loosen up the positive connector, the nut just ripped off.
