Accessory Belt Replacement

Did a couple of searches and found tons of info on replacing the pulley, some on the dampner and idler pulleys, and of course the timing belt. I did not see one specifically on the accessory belt.

I have a small sqeek on cold morning start up until the engine warms up (approx. 100yds). In the summer it would only do it for a few seconds on start up. I assume that either my belt or the tensioner pulley is bad.

I am looking for advice please, is the recommendation to replace both pulley's and the belt all at one time? Is anything special needed to replace these items? I saw a picture of a tensioner "test" mark but it was unclear to me what represented a good versus bad mark.

Any help advice would be appreciated.

PS TLS 5AT with 69,000 on it
