AC strange noise

I have 06 Auto TL with Base Navi 100k miles

When I am idling or driving my car, Ticking noise comes from either condenser fan or drive belt around alternator area "only when the condenser fan is turned on but noise goes away when the condenser fan is turned off"

Any suggestions as to what it may be?

I had the same type of noise occur with the A/C on; it stopped after the timing belt service-- the "4" showed up @ 106K miles.
Other members have run across this issue with a similar resolution, IIRC.
