Even on the lowest temperature setting at max fan speed, the driver's side vents are only cool and the passenger side vents blow little air and it's lukewarm. I've noticed my condenser takes a minute or so to begin cool air flow to the driver's side as well, but functions fine afterward.

Any guesses as to what this might be? I've seen many instances of the driver's side blowing hot and the passenger being cool, but am not struggling with that.

 

I don't, but unless someone here is familiar with your symptoms, I might suggest taking your car to an AutoZone (or equivalent) and have them do a full code scan. Not necessarily related, but shortly after I bought my used '05 from a dealer back in 2011, I suspected there was something weird with vent airflow (e.g., when changing modes to move air to different vents, there would be a lag in some vents), but I couldn't really prove or reliably reproduce it. Fast forward many years later and I got a diagnostic scan that uncovered an issue in the air mix control motor. Ta-dah!

Doh, just saw your other post and sounds like you've already got a capable scanner of your own. So guess there's nothing there to help?
