I have acura tl 2005. The Fan not working. It turn on for 5 minutes and OFF. The AC and Heater are fine. The dealer charge $98 for only to diagnostic. That way too much.. Can someone please let me know what causing the problem? And how to fix it? I live in the bay area.

I would start by troubleshooting the blower motor transistor. Then the blower motor.
