Well Hello fellas, I got a e-mail from my girlfriend today saying that my car is having some issues. Currently in Afghanistan and really dont know what its doing but she gave me the most details as possible.
Before I left back in September my Alternator took a dump on me, and i didnt have enough time to replace it. I left her with the car for her to take care of it. Well she took it to a shop and had them put a new alternator in, and a battery. The car worked great for a week straight with no problems at all when she got it back.

WELL! It started having issues now. The A/C wont turn off at all when the car is in the ON position. Also the exterior lights*headlights, taillights all that jazz* will turn on in when the car is in Park, BUT they all turn off when put into reverse and OR drive. When you drive the car though, stop and put it back into Park the lights will turn back on....

anyone have a clue whats going on here hahaha. would love a response, seeing as my girlfriends car is also taking a shit, she sometimes needs my ride to do her thing.

well monday she is taking it to a autozone to see if there is any fault codes, and il post them up here.

Those are some pretty weird symptoms. Perhaps she should go back to whoever installed the alternator.
