AC Condenser is not coming on
I have a 2007 TL-S and now that its getting warmer I noticed the AC compressor is not coming on. Last year the AC blew ice cycles so I dont think its the fluid. I checked all of the fuses under the dash and all that I could under the hood, they are not blown. There are 2 large fuses in the shape of a cube under the hood wich are not possible to visually determine if they are blown. The only way I know these are AC fuses is by a "snowflake " symbol in the diagram depicting which fuses are which. Could the problem be with these fuses? How can I trouble shoot the compressor not working?

Lower the temp and make certain the A/C is on, not off, then check if the compressor is energized and turning the compressor. You can always check by placing the unit on defrost as it will have the A/C come on to help the humidity.
If all fails throw gauges on the unit to see if charge is proper.

It's called freon and yes, this can still be the problem or one of the problems. All it takes is a leak that happened between now and then. Use the gauges to check the psi like turbonut said.
These are called relays and it's too much work to test them when mechanical isn't your best skill. (No pun intended) You can try borrowing a fellow TL owner's in your area just to test them out.
