It's near the ecu below the compartments

That picture doesn't match what's in the service manual. There are 3 connectors in a row.

Oh geez, I'm sorry.

I just looked under brakes and the only thing I see is behind the gauge cluster.

Look on page 19-3 and 19-11.

Do u mean the ABS modulator unit?

For the ABS, as far as I can tell, the main control units are the ECM/PCM and the ABS modulator unit (on top of passenger fender).

+1

There is no ecu per say but the abs brain of it all is the ABS Modulator which is big bucks if it's bad. Just like Nfnsquared said open the hood, remove the passenger underhood cover and it's right there infront of you. There's a huge swing type connecter and there are a few brake lines going to this modulator.

Well I replaced the rear right ABS sensor because it kept saying rear right abs sensor fault/short circuit and then I replaced the abs ring on the hub and it still kept saying rear right abs sensor fault/short circuit. I checked the wire going from the sensor to the abs modulator and the wire is fine so i am trying a process of elimination. Could I have a bad main ECU/ECM or is it the abs modulator??

Do you always throw parts at it and hope for the best?

I wish I had your wallet.

I still would like to know what the part number is for the part in the pic you posted. I'd like to look it up and see what it actually is.
