Should the roof trim around the 3rd LED brake light be flush (making contact) with the glass or a little loose gap? Pictures would help

 

There should be no gap. You either need to use some foam strips to seal the light or get a new cover.

 

I guess when I had him tint over the rear 3rd LED he pulled it down a little because it doesn't stick no more. From the factory did it just adhere to the windshield by double side sticky tape or...? I will buy a new cover. Do you know where I can find the part #
