3G Acura TL Type S Steering Pull

I'm having a little trouble diagnosing a steering pull issue in my 08 TL Type S.

As I'm slowing down and I come to a stop, in the last second or two before stopping the car SOMETIMES pulls to the left or right. I don't know what the issue is. I have gotten an alignment done and cleaned up/lubricated the brake parts and gotten new tires yet it still happens. I have yet to check the ball joints or tie rods, could those be the issue thats causing it? How would I check these parts? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also, how would I tighten up the parking brake on this car since its an electronic controller? I do need to replace the rear brakes on this car but I have to pull the handbrake way up before it applies. Is there anyway to tighten it like you can for a parking brake cable?

There is an an "access port" on the bottom of the center console for minor adjustments. 12mm deep socket can adjust it. Or for major adjustments, there is the star adjuster in the rear drum brake.

And as thoiboi already said, it's a standard parking brake lever, no electronics at all

Adjust the rear shoes first.

Had this problem as well. I (the mechanic) replaced the rear parking brakes. Mine were worn to the metal. Problem went away.
