2008 TL-S TPMS System Error - No signal

Have a 2008 TL-S original wheels and tires size on it. Driving along the highway I was presented with a TPMS System Error warning in the cluster display. Went into the TPMS menu to display pressures and for each wheel is just displayed (--) see attached for photos. Seems like others have had issues as well but no one seems to post the final repair.

When you restart the car, does the TPMS show any active signals?

No, for example, no matter if I let car sit 5 min or 24 hours between key cycles the very first thing I see is TPMS error.

Reason i ask is because you can find the faulty tpms wheel sensor as it would be the last to register on the tpms. "Driving along the highway" you would notice only 3 of 4 wheels showing a reading. the one showing max PSI is faulty.
It shouldn't give you instant TPMS error unless something was wrong with the receiver.

Your MID is showing that afterall. I thought you said it would show TPMS light immediately? in which case you wouldnt see any of the readings.
Your front tires should have ~10 more kPa than the rear

Correct, so in order to get pressures back on MID I had to erase all DTC codes from tpms control unit. Replaced the one sensor performed teach in of new sensor. Everything working as it should once again.

You don't need to clear codes for the MID to pick up the new TPMS sensor although it may speed up the process. the MID picks up the signals automatically unlike other cars.
