Did it start at the auction?
Pull the plug on the upper cam cover and make certain you see the timing belt/cam gear turning when cranking.

All 6 coils creating spark?
Check fuel pressure
If belt turning, make certain all marks are correct.
Check compression
Check for any vacuum leaks, broken/detached hoses

Why was it at auction? Was it a flood car? Could it be the immobilizer in the key? Or Crank Position Sensor?

So to Turbo's question you bought it sight unseen and did not verify to see if it started?

Yes correct I bought it but it wasn't wrecked it only said mechanical no other info but I will check both of those because it look as the keys were made there and they may not be to start it just to turn the switch.

If the keys were made on site it could very well be the immobilizer. Here is how you can check -

The immobilizer indicator is to the right of the needle in the tachometer. It is a green key that will light up.

From the owner's manual -
This indicator comes on briefly when you turn the ignition switch to the ON(II)position. It will then go off if you have inserted a properly-coded ignition key. If it is not a properly coded key,the indicator will blink, and the engine’s fuel system will be disabled. If the indicator starts to blink,it means the system does not recognize the coding of the key. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK (0)position,remove the key, reinsert it,and turn the ignition switch to the ON(II)position again.

No it wasn't a flood car it said mechanical,I'm gonna check the crank position sensor and the key because it looks like they made a key for it but it may was just to turn the switch.

Well I guess the key is correct I see the green key pop up but it goes off but with the dummy key they sent it keeps flashing so that's not the problem will Check the sensors next.

Actually I never thought about the immobilizer, and until he checked the system it was a good thought, and who knows, he might have seen fuel just dribble out and it was the immobilizer system.
