2007 TL Type S engine noise when cold start
My car has 105k I just done the timing belt, waterpump, tensioners pulley. This noise came before I did the service. It only happens when the engine is cold and after about 10-15 minutes it goes away while driving. Here is a link to the video. What can be causing this problem?

Sounds like your drive belt. Was your belt replaced during the 105K maintenance?
If not, I would change it and verify your belt tensioner isn't failing. Otherwise, you can disconnect your drive belt and turn each pulley by hand to feel for any grinding or excessive axial/radial play, and/or you can perform another cold start with the drive belt completely removed to see if the noise is eliminated, which would indicate an issue with your drive belt or one of the pulleys.

The serpentine belt you mean? I replaced that at 85k when it was squeaking. My mechanic told me it might be the pulley where the serpentine belt is. He is about to take that belt off and start it up to see if it makes the noise. The noise only comes on when the motor is really cold. Can that be the problem?

Typically a loose serpentine belt is more likely to squeal when warm. Inspect your serpentine belt to make sure there isn't any abnormal wear and tear. If all good, it's likely not your serpentine belt. I would focus on those pullies. One other note, make sure you're not leaking power steering fluid onto your belt or pullies that might be causing it to chirp. Do a thorough inspection on the right side of your engine bay and look for any possible leaks.

So I guess it's the drive belt pulley. Is that called the actual part? Where can I get that part? I'm sure the acura dealer is more expensive. Autozone don't carry any parts? Or I have to order it online?

Was your mechanic specifically condemning the tensioner or idler pulley?
Have him confirm, but if so, and it's just the bearing, you can replace those individually instead of the entire assembly. I've attached a link to the part's diagram (see item 2 which includes idler and tensioner pulley).
Acura online store : 2007 tl alternator bracket parts
You may be able to get the part from your local auto store or you can order from an online acura parts distributor and get OEM typically for less than dealer pricing.

There are actually two tensioners. One for the timing belt and one for the serpentine belt. I'm guessing you just had your timing belt tensioner replaced during the 105k service, so you'll probably need to replace the serpentine belt tensioner (see item 2 in the link of my previous post).

Yes its the tensioner for the serpentine belt. It comes with 2 pulleys and a tensioner am I correct? Where should I buy these parts? At acura is 120 and I saw one at autozone duralast brand for 74. Is it ok to use that one or no? Or should I order it from somewhere else?

OP
I was dealing with the same problem and came to find out it was the TB tensioner that had to be replaced. Bought the car used and they had a 60 day warranty so I lucked out and had them change it out. It's best to have it changed when changing the TB I was told.
