2007 TL Trunk Can Not Open. HELP!!
Hi, I can not open my 2007 TL trunk neither fob nor release bottom inside the car. Switch in glove box is on. I can hear the unlock sound but it can not pop up. Also, there are boxes in the trunk so I cant reach out to emergency switch on the lid.
Please help!!! Thanks and tons of appreciation.

Is it possible the boxes in your trunk are pushing up against the trunk? If so, I would try and push down on the trunk while using your key fob to open and pull up. Just a thought.
There is second one. Reach through the pass with your palm facing up a few inches into the trunk you will feel a small cut out It is about 2X2 inches you will not miss it there is only one. I just looked at mine from inside the trunk during lunch hour.

^ Here's an idea. With the trunk open, use a screwdriver to mechanically engage the lock (simulate with screwdriver what trunk would do to latch when closing). Now use your keyfob to see if you can open the lock. If you can- then the lock is bound up with the latch and you might need to adjust the latch by loosening the two 10mm bolts holding the latch so you can adjust things a little- and then re-tighten the bolts.
Good luck!
Good luck!
