2006 TL Radio/Nav Button Lights Out

2006 TL Radio/Nav Button Lights Out
Hey everyone,
I just purchased a 2006 TL and some of the button lights aren't working. I bought new bulbs to replace them but I'm still having issues.
All the lights around the navigation screen are fine now except for the SETUP/INFO and ZOOM buttons which still don't light up.
I have no idea what to do with the radio lights as they seem to be soldered in (Are they LED?). If they are LEDs I have no idea why half of them are out.
Any info is appreciated.
