2006 TL 6Speed MT Clutch Issue
Greetings. I have an 2006 Acura TL, 154k miles, and all of a sudden the clutch went to the floor before engaging. It still does engage but at floor level only. No slippage as of yet. I have not done the test in 4th gear some members have spoken of while going 45mph. I am looking for any and all helpful info on possible remedies, fixes or observations. Any links or photos would be very helpful. My auto workings knowledge personally is novice. It appears that my model does not have a reservoir? Is this correct? Thank you in advance for any and all input.

Look for something like #19 and #8, shown in the link below, on the drivers side under the hood next to the firewall. That's your reservoir and clutch master cylinder.

looks like your master cylinder has air in the system, alot of people over look at clutch fluid. In my progress thread I had a picture of what actually come out from my clutch hydraulic line.
To test the clutch slippage put the car in 4th or 5th around 2500 rpm and floor the throttle, good clutch will give a linear acceleration.

Low pedal pressure is usually a problem lying within the hydraulic portion of the clutch system, between the master and slave cylinder. Whether that be low fluid or an air bubble in the line, to a failing/leaking master and/or slave cylinder. I would absolutely start with those culprits first and in that order, since those fixes become increasing harder and more expensive.
Not to mention those fixes are a thousand times easier than an entire clutch job, which it doesn't even sound like that's your problem. The biggest symptom of a worn clutch is slipping cuz there's no more bitey material on the face of the disc, which you said it's not slipping.

I'm thinking your master cylinder is leaking internally if you don't see any visible leaks outside the hydraulic system. Does the symptoms change when you hold the clutch pedal down?
