Hey guys... just recently I've started to head this weird metal on metal noise (at least to me this is what it sounds like) upon acceleration.... not on low speeds... only when i step on the gays and go faster.... attached is a video of the sounds....

Someone suggested the heat shield, but it doesn't sound like a rattling noise but i could be wrong. Any ideas?

 

Stepping on the gays is rude.

Check all 3 of your cat sheilds and the exhaust shield after the 3rd cat.
