2006 Acura TL help help help!!!

I bought my 2006 Acura TL 4 years ago 60,000 miles drove so nice , 2 years ago had to replace steering rack $2k at dealership now a week ago bought quick struts and lower control arms for front and had a Michanic shop install them , went back next day I kept hearing sounds front right like something is loose , Michanic said everything looks good I don't hear it an hour ago started my car put on reverse and I got a lot of vibration I was like hummm maybe cuz I haven't drove it for 2 days then drove to gas station hearing a heavy knock on front right again my car feels like that whole bottom is coming apart what do I do I spent $800 on it this week now it's at 120k any suggestions Plz

No idea, but you need to have your mechanic go on a ride with you so he can hear what its doing.

if it's an automatic, probably engine mounts. do you hear clunking when you put the car in gear? sound coming from right side sounds like the side engine mount is gone, next up will be the front and reverse

yes it's automatic and sound on reverse is the worse from right side so I had my co-worker pop the hood and told him what do u see and hear he said its right side and he can see the whole motor and user it shifting or moving

definitely motor mounts then. motor mounts for automatics are filled with a liquid, and when the rubber deteriorates it rips open. You should change them when you can. If the side is out, the next one to go is either the front or back, but you should change them all at once.
