I have a 2005 TL with 180,000km. The car gets vibration when it is shifting from 2nd gear to 3rd and sometimes 3rd to 4th under normal driving condition. I have had the car for over 3 years and have not driven it rough. what do you guys think the problem might be?

I have replaced the third and fourth gear switches and have changed the transmission fluid. The problem is gone for the third gear but it is still there for the fourth. Any other recomendation?
