2005 TL AC/Heater problems

2005 TL AC/Heater problems

The AC works and the heater works, but its either hot or cold there is no temperature in between. Could this be the air mixer?

I did the diagnostic and got the bottom line of the 8 and the bottom right side of the 8. What is this?
