My 04 TL will not move when i put it into drive or reverse the engine revs but the car doesn't move as it seems like its in neutral.After reading different forms i decided to change the transmission filter but it did not do anything. Now i also noticed a whining noise coming from the transmission but it did not make the noise when i first encounter the issue. When the car engine is cold the transmission works normal as if nothing has happened but after a few minutes when the car warms up it goes back to the same issue.To me it seems like either an electrical issue or something is clogged. Has anyone else experienced the same issue before? i do not want to drop 3 to 4 grand on a new transmission. Please help
