2003 TL Speedometer under Pin

My son’s car has the speedometer pin that is on the wrong side of the pin so there is no speed being registered. Anyone else have this problem? He has only had the car approx. two months.

The blower just recently went bad (no heat / air) so he just replaced that last week and now we have this issue. Any thoughts if these two items could be related? Is there a way to reset or calibrate speedometer? I have seen for other cards, but not TL. Thanks for the help! Trying to save him some money as this would be the 3rd issue with this car. Had to have radiator replaced right after he purchased.

Just to clarify, does your son have a 2g 2003 TL or a 3G 2004-2008 TL, because you started this thread in the 3G TL Problems & Fixes section of the forum?

If he has a 2G TL you need to clarify what it is you are asking above.
Is the speedometer broken and are you trying to replace it?
If so, maybe you have the wrong part with a different pin configuration?

Ugh - post in wrong section. Sorry! I don’t see where I can delete or move to 2G TL.
