2 Engine codes throwing. As well as leak.

So awhile ago I had my valve cover gasket changed and my belt work done currently sitting at 246k strong. But recently I experienced my first engine code and was wondering if y’all could help. At first it was just the PO420(Efficiency Bank 1 code) then just recently a PO174(System too lean Bank 2 code). As well as a oil leak next to me from far left coil pack. Was wondering what to do and if this tube could be causing the lean code?

Oil leak is either pcv valve (unlikely) or valve cover gasket (more likely). Did they torqued everything? Did they replaced small gaskets around the bolts that hold valve cover?

That tube goes from evap purge valve to intake manifold, and will definitively throw a lean code, and later will throw evap codes. That should be fixed first. Any fuel vapor / fuel line hose would work, or you can get oem piece of hose from the dealer.

If you replace it with some universal hose, make sure it's not kinked in a way to restrict / prevent air flow, or you will get evap leak / no flow codes.
