1st gear not accelerating the same

I have an 04 TL 6MT with 115k. Timing belt service done already. I noticed the past couple days my first gear hasn't been picking as fast as normal. Is this the clutch going bad or something more simple?

before we can diagnose it, we need more details from you.

simply saying, it doesnt feel the same isnt an adequate description.

Why doesnt it feel the same?
are there any noises present?
on cold start ups, does 1st gear feel the same than when you've already warmed up the car?

stuff like that

It is accelerating alot slower than usual.
No noises are present.
The car feels the same warm or cold. Doesn't accelerate as fast
