Pic of DTC on scanner

I have a 05 TL with 128,000 miles on it. The problem may be the oxygen sensor but I don’t know exactly and want some ideas of what it could be. The LTFT B1 is 7.8 and the LTFT B2 is varying from 10.7-12. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

 

Seems like LTFT 1 and 2 slowly go up as it’s idling
