08 Type-S 6MT. Initial Acceleration bucking issue

I have a 2008 Acura TL Type-S 6 Speed.

I have another post regarding swapping to a 3.7 MI and TB. Not sure if that would help the problem below.

The issue:
When i give my car gas it bucks slightly a bit from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd for some reason, only when I give it gas initially... then its fine. I've already replaced the APP sensor (NEW) and that didn't do anything. I also swapped out my throttle body with a used one to see if it would help... it didn't. Even replaced the Map Sensor AND ALL MOTOR MOUNTS. Additionally, I had the dealer re-flash the ECU. I'm shifting at like 3K - 3.5K RPMs each time.

I was thinking the 3.7 IM and TB would help with throttle response and eliminate that initial acceleration bucking.... perhaps im wrong.

Was your car doing the bucking prior to the swap?
