08 TL Transmission Shudder HELPPPP

Ok so, today I was driving back from school when suddenly I got a low battery light. I looked at it and said ok whatever I'll charge the battery when I get home. Not more than 5 mins later while driving im auto the trans startes to shudder and jerk really hard. So hard that I thought I blew my engine or trans. I switched into SS mode and downshifted into 4th. In 4th the car was struggling but wasnt shuddering like when in 5th. I pulled off at the next exit and parked at a gas station while driving to the gas station the car was all messed up. It was shifting really hard between all the gears and seemed to slip in 1st. I parked it and did an OBD scan try and find the problem. To my surprise no engine codes were thrown and all my values we normal except for voltage which was at 13.1V. I dont know whats wrong so please if you have an idea of what you think is wrong please comment. Sidenote: I do live in Canada and the weather has been really cold out. The car has 166XXXkm and i have replaced the 3rd gear pressure switches

low voltage can cause all sorts of weird issues. How old is your battery? It may also be the alternator on its way out

The battery is definetly getting old. And the alternator looks rough. Would low voltage cause the shifting solenoids to not fully engage the gears in the trans?

13.1V isnt "low voltage" its still above a fully charged normal battery, you'd probably have to dip into the low 10's to start having issues. Most computers and sensors run 5V since it should always be maintained. otherwise solenoids and such on a lower voltage become weaker.

That being said, Maybe the alternator is throwing out lots of AC Voltage for some reason? That could potentially mess stuff up. I'd replace the alternator and battery if its old.
