Guess I'm not sure what you mean or what your definition of "should be" is. Is it able to maintain the temperature you set on the climate control or do you have to set it at a really low temp to keep it comfortable?

I keep it on lo. I also have a 97 civic and can feel that it's colder on hot days.

If it is 97° I Will keep it around 75°... No need to keep it on Low. I don't think the car will get any colder on those super hot days... Thats just my opinion

This is your problem! Air can only cool down so quickly when it passes through the A/C unit. The full speed on the TL (aka LO or full fan bars) pushed the air so quickly through the A/C that it doesn't have a chance to cool down all the way! Keep your A/C on 67 degrees and AUTO and you'll notice that the air is MUCH colder than it was before.

If you want the car to have even colder air, try putting on the recirculate and it'll cool down already cool air!

Keep it on recirculate (inside air flow) not outside air flow.

Yeah it's technically only suppose to cool down outside air by 20 degrees but I tried the auto and works pretty well and do notice a difference thanks for the input.
