Angry 07 Type S.. Trans noise when AC On.

I have 07 Type S 7000 miles on.. When I turn on the AC and going up to a hill or even start at green signal, i hear metalic noise from the transmission. What is that? Does anyone hear transmission noise that sounds like it is having hard time shifting?

Is it just one clanking sound that lasts about 1/10th of second? If so, it's just the AC engaging when the AC clutch is grabbing. If not, don't know...

Are you running Brand name gas of at least 91 octane?
Does it do it with the ac off?

Since its due for the 7500 mile first oil service, take it to the dealer and tell them what its doing. Could be TSB or warranty on it- new cars should not be acting up- but they do

the car should have bumper to bumper warranty first year- I am guessing they still do that

It acts when the AC is on and it is not definatly not AC compressor starting every other min.
And I am using brand name gasoline 93. The transmission noise really bothers my two ears..~!
