'07 type s headlight problem

Hey y'all, I just replaced my passenger side headlight due to water in the headlight. I must have drained at least a cup of corrosive water, problem is that it corroded the ballast/ignitor, HID bulb, and blinker socket.

I had attempted to fix the condensation issue before, I resealed the headlight and removed the moisture. Something must have gone wrong because it got worse. I went ahead and replaced the ignitor and ballast with a working one, but my light won't come on.

I also had to clean up mold and corrosion from the blinker light socket, it works but only when the blinker switch is activated, and not when I switch it on with the headlight. I also checked the fuses and they were good, the bixenon function works(I see the flap go down, but no light) and my DRLs are working again, but it seems like there is an electrical issue with the HIDs.

I was wondrring if there is there a relay for the headlight?

HID fuses are #1/#6.

Yes there's relays for HID H L but they're built into the under-hood relay/fuse box.
