can anybody help me out with when i start my car after sitting for a long period of time or either cold starts it taps i have 113,000 on it and as soon as i put the car in drive and drive off and put it back in park its gone quit as a mouse only happens early morning or when car sits for a long period of time(do anybody know or have a ideal i was thinking valve timing seleniod ect:

 

it is the valves. all honda's have a noisy valve train.
if it goes away when warm, then you have nothing to be afraid of.

you could always go in for a valve adjustment
