I have an 06 TL. My blower works well when it works. It started when I would go out to my car when the car is cold. The blower would only blow a very small amount of air out no matter what speed it's on. After like 3 minutes it would work normal. Then it would take about 5 mins when cold then it took like 10mins when the car Is dead cold. I changed the blower motor resistor figuring that was the problem but the problem persists. Took 20 minutes today and then started working normally. I'm thinking I have to replace the motor. Any other thoughts?

 

Do you want to test anything? Got multimeter? If not just replace the blower motor and hope for the best.
