06 TL 6MT - creaking when turning

My TL makes a loud creaking noise when I turn. It kinda feels like the power is cutting off as well. It is more obvious when the car is cold. Any ideas? Thank you.

can replaced for free at the dealers

mine makes like a high pitch noise when in almost full lock. And I have already replaced my O-ring.

I just signed into MyAcura and the only recall that comes up is the power steering hose, and it appears that it was already taken care of according to the site (I just bought the car about a month ago so I don't know for sure).

What's the next step if it's been taken care of already? I don't see anything on the site about an o-ring
