06 TL 3.2 starting issue

My sister bought a tl not even 2 weeks ago and one of her "so called friends stole the car ( with one key set/fob) from her she is very lucky she got it back in one piece with everything still their like: wheels, audio system, all of her b.s., etc. But when she got it back at a qt the cops told her they can't leave until the car started so she tried and tried nothing happened so she called me and I went up their to see if I could get it going. The starter spins and I can very faintly hear almost zero compression. Oil isn't milky (from dipstick reading), radiator cap was missing so it over heated sometime, I put in over half a gallon of coolant, ( I noticed that the concrete started turning green from it so I didn't tell her but I thought it might have been a cracked block. So me and my brother tow it to my crib the next day I started taking coil packs and plugs out + bank 2 o2 they were all soaked like. My lighter to see if it was gas or water. So I'm thinking if no radiator cap means overheating, leads to warped heads, mean blown gaskets? Would timing belt, cracked heads/ block cause no compression

If you can take the plugs, why not check the compression? If no compression then investigate why, if comp. fine investigate what is missing.

If worried about timing belt, take the front cover inspection plug, crank the engine, and see if camshaft moves. That doesn't mean timing is good, but at least it's not bad.

I took the plugs out too see if it was getting anything, as far I could tell the rings seemed ok, the fuel pump worked but they didn't have a smell but I was able to shake the plugs and it was drippy wet from coolant. So should I still try a compression test or take the intake off and look for cracks?

At this point the engine either needs to be replace or needs major repair work. In your shoes I'd opt for replacing the engine with a J35A6, they are plentiful and cheap in recycling yards, are a plug in replacement for the J32A3 currently in the car, and have slightly more power to boot.

I'm not sure I understand, the repair should be covered by insurance; I was just trying to give a relatively inexpensive option of fixing the car. The fact is, if the car has warped and/or cracked heads, swapping out the entire motor might end up being cheaper than fixing the one in there.

umm plugs should not have coolant on them..

Additionally, green coolant should be nowhere near our J series engines..

Time for major surgery, either tearing the engine apart to figure out what is wrong and then repairing it, or simply buying a used motor (which should cost a lot less than the repairs) and dropping it in.
