hi i know this might be a dumb question but are the headlights on the 06 tl hid or not and if so all i would need to do is purchase a 6k blub to be brighter?

 

Yes. They are HIDs. The way you can tell is that HIDs pulse (or flicker) as they power on. The factory bulbs are 4300k I believe. The 5000-6000k would probably give you a whiter light. Above 6000k would give you less brightness and tend to give you more color such as a deep blue and purple.

 

ahhh so whats the bulb number that fits headlights and ye i was planin on doing 6k for the nice white
