I was replacing the amp in my moms 2004 TL last week to fix the buzzing sound, when I realized her passenger door lock is not functioning correctly. When you use the keyless or power buttons in the car, the lock will sometimes go up and down like it should and sometimes it wont, it almost seems to get stuck. When it doesn't work sometimes it will shake and seem like it is trying to move but just won't make it. After searching on here it seems like the most common lock problem is the actuator. Does this sound like an actuator problem or does it sound like the lock likely just needs lubricated? All of the other door locks function correctly.
