'04 tl

For a 04 TL, for the rear brake pads, is it drum or integrated?

The TL does not have drum brakes.

Look at the image. 2 E-brake shoes are housed in the raised "hat" portion in the center of the rotor, and the brake pads sit on each side of the flat area and clamp, or squeeze the rotor when braking:
