Problems with '05 TL (Water/window issues)

Ok here goes I'll explain the window issue since its less to read but also not as important.

Just the passenger side window sometimes when going down or up it will jump or sound like its scraping. The window stays "on track" but what could this issue be? Does something need lubed? Is this a common problem?

Second issue and much more important is the water issue. When we first got the car we pulled the floor mats and found a slight rot/wet spot in the middle of the floor. I found another thread and someone had this problem but didn't post the result. It didn't return till we had a HEAVY rain this past week and then the whole driver side floor was wet. I figured it was safe to assume the sunroof drains are clogged, but I can't find them????

Can someone provide a pic where they are so I can test if they are clogged or became loose somewhere? Also what other possible problems could be causing this? Its happened 3 times in a year that we have driven the car during rain, now its getting worse.

Thanks in advance for the help

I had a leak that came in from the passenger door. It was a torn vapour barrier. I could physically see where the water ran over the door sill. I dont know if that will help you or not. Seemed strange to me.

well thanks but the water is laying under the driver side floor mat in the middle of the floor. Which makes almost no sense.

I just need to know where the drains are located
