'04/'05/'06 A/T Transmission compatibility?

Looking at used transmissions at the moment to replace the A/T on my 04 TL. It seems like 04 had the most issues? Anyone every replace with a 05-06, part numbers on internals match up but I didn't want to get into replacing a transmission and have to make a modification or have any issues.

Thanks!

'04 had the lube issues which the others didn't have. It's rumored some of the '04 transmissions made their way into some '05 TLs. I would shoot for the '06 if possible. I can't think of a difference, it should work but you might want to wait for someone with more knowledge to come around. I'm over 90% sure it will be a bolt-in.

Ended up going with a Jasper unit, needed it fixed ASAP. Has a 3 year 100k warranty, I'll keep everyone updated on the quality/feel! It was definetely pricey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
