Question Yet ANOTHER Tint question / thread...

Sorry guys, I have been doing A LOT of searching on this forum and am just not finding the answers/photos that I am looking for.

In the morning (7:00AM EST) I am getting my windows tinted. Usually I go extreme and get 5%-15% tint. With the TL I am wanting the more classy look without going TOO light.

I have tossed up the idea of doing one of these two options:

1.) 35 all the way around and 35 on the windshield.
2.) 20 all the way around and 50 on the windshield.

My TL is ABP with Grey interior.

Does anyone have pictures of what their tinted windshield looks like from the inside out at night? and one of the day?

I dont want to go REALLY dark on the front but want it tinted to protect the dash from fading (I hear stories of peoples dashes.)

Again, Sorry for YET Another tint thread but I tried to search...

Thanks for the help in advance!!

I'm not close minded...I'll listen to suggestions / opinions as long as they are educated.

dropped it off this morning and there was actually a TL there with 20% all around with 35% on the windshield...Looked Great and it was very visible thru the front.

Thats what I ended up going with.

Hope I like it! If not its no biggie - the windshield was done free anyway...

i read in a few forums about insurance writers and cops noticing the tint on the windshield and putting partial/whole blame on accidents on you even if you aren't to blame.
insurance will try to get away with anything if they can.
i thought about it, didn't do it.

the insurance aspect is completely true. the marginal gain in looks is really not worth what it opens you up to. IMO.
