hey all thanks for the compliments..

specs:

3600sq ft / 3levels
4bedrooms/3baths upstairs
Living Room/Family Room/powder room on main floor
all dark hardwood flooring throughout main floor
2bedrooms/1bath downstairs
Large Den downstairs
crown mouldings all along ceilings
black granite kitchen countertops
Covered deck in back
large 2 car garage

I'm going to convert the 2bedrooms downstairs into a closed off rentable suite to assist with the mortgage but keep the den for myself..perhaps a games room?

I need to meet with the builder to pick out the stainless steel appliances .. will take interior pix soon.
