Thanks.

Did the entire thing myself. Purchased paint from Express Paint which is a two can process not including clearcoat. The match is actually pretty good. I did run out of base coat and will have to recoat hood trim when it gets in.

I don't know about the lower vents, but the grille and lights are awesome!!! WDP on the grille and vents, plain white on the lights?

EDIT: Guess I got distracted too long between typing that and posting it...nevermind.

i don't know...i'm not really feeling it. I mean the cleared headlights look awesome. But there's just no contrast. I think if you got cleared side markers and got the black chrome emblems, it'll really set the car off. Just my
You did, however, do a really good job w/ the paint match on the grills! Good job

I think that looks sweet, painting the housing white was a great idea I like it, but I think it'll look hot if the grille's were black. Here's a quick chop of how it would look.

Yes did headlights myself. They were, as everyone here has said, pretty easy.

Looking to clear side markers next, just need time and a "how to".

sikk job.......i also painted my lower grill on each side of the license plate......i have a 2006 silver tl......but mine matches perfect only because someone hit my bumper so when i had it fixed, they had to paint my bumper, so i had them do the whole thing.....great idea right......im def luvin the car tho......im posting pixx of my car next week after my clear lights are done so u can check that out - it will be similar but i still like your car better because its "white" and i wanted that soooooo bad....but 3 of my friends have it in white so i just couldnt do it =(

i can't make up my mind about it. part of me likes it, part of me thinks the monochromatic grille makes the car look like a camry or an accord. i like that photoshop of the grilles with only the white center strip. the white headlamp housings look good, but i would have painted the chrome around the fogs/projector white as well.

all in all, its def a unique tl tho!

I'm still thinking about blacking out the top and bottom part of the center grill.
The white highlights the funky grill pattern on the top part. I will leave the rest white though.

I was thinking about the reflectors but then I thought the chrome would add some sort of accent along with the wheels and the emblems.

The one thing i dont quite like are the grills. I think if they were white mesh it would look better.

I finally chose to do the center grill over in black, as you photoshopped, leave the lower grills in white, but use a horizontal chrome strip to match the ones I left in the turn signals as a contrast.
