Wheel advice

ok so after posting pictures here and really looking at my car ive noticed my wheels need a bit more ... im unsure of what really to do ... so i was hoping for suggestions

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/18/dsc02663qp.jpg

unsure y the pictures wont work but anyways my thoughts are as follows

1. paint the lip of the rim ( just a small part almost a pinstripe) the color of my car

2. as you can see i tool the chrome rivets off because they made the rim look smaller so i was wondering if i could get some blue ones if that would help but still may make it look small ...

3. say fuck it and get the whole thing powder coated white ( ide like to see it if anyone has photoshop skills )

any opionions are appreciated

i would say get the spokes powder coated to match your car color or something similar like gunmetal or silver of some sort

Black wheels are sooooooooooooooo damn played out. You have a mesh design but the rims are black, it takes away from the wheel itself. Silver would have been much better IMO. If the face was a different color and you can polish those lips (If possible) those wheels would be on point.

Are those 2/3 piece wheels? If so, take them apart. Have the face powdercoated silver or something at least lighter than black, and have the lips sent out to be fully polished.

I'm not so sure that white would look good with the grey of your car, imo either a polished or silver lip with brushed or color matched center would look perfect.

i'm afraid to see some people's wardrobe.
with your color car, white would not look good, at all.

i say go for a silver or gunmetal.
I like CLtotheTL's idea

I wouldn't do that. It would make the wheel look smaller and make the tire look bigger.

rims just look out of place, maybe because they are black and look tiny. i would do a polish lip or something to make them pop a little

ive actually talked to a few friends today and figured gun metal might be my choice ... a polished lip would be great but i have no extra wheels to ride on while all that gets done .. sold the stockies .... ide love to paint them a crazy color but i think on my car color it would look wierd

so for now my winner is full rim gun metal ... any other suggestions or agreements would be much appreciated ... i love the wheels .. the style, the offset and fitment its really good i just need another color

Paint the lip gunmetal or the car color, AM, leave the center black and give the rives a silver or gunmetal color (or visaversa)! They are nice wheels, just need a little boogie in them!!
